We comply with the principles of Leadering - Paradigm Shift to Peak Legacy.  Leadering™ bypasses cultural interferences to reintegrate individuals back into natural processes.  It enables us to operate the way in which we have evolved to operate.  It maximizes and then extends a client’s capabilities with nature’s power, mechanisms, forces, and intelligence as well as with the capabilities of surrounding systems. 

Therefore, to capitalize on Leadering’s people-maximizing technology, the following design criteria are adhered to:

1. We design to the genetic predisposition of the client:  their key talents, drives, passions and the way natural forces have historically supported or opposed the client's creative expression (For the latter, see the Leadering LifeThemes exercises videos on YouTube). 
   All of our designs must agree with the historical evidence in the client's life in order to capitalize on those natural forces going forward.

2. We target precisely the territory that fascinates the client or is most meaningful  -  the territory in which historically they have passionately sought knowledge and skill.  This is the territory which will be most supported by natural forces and mechanisms internal and external to the client. 

3. We design for world-changing breakthroughs into new frontiers.  We produce no “Me-too” organizations.  Replication would be counter to the goal of impacting world progress.  We design for significant breakthroughs in the client's favoured territory that will beneficially advance humanity. 

4. Once identified, we research the proposed new frontier to verify that it has strong foundations in existing research or predictions from experts. In the process we collect a small library of pivotal articles for the client to reference about his/her/their new frontier.  We upload these to the internet for the client to add to and share as needed in the course of advancing the frontier. 

5. The ideal growth path of the frontier or company or project must coincide with the client’s most desired path for growth and creation so that natural drives, passions, and growth mechanisms will improve the client’s frontiering performance.  Doing this will allow the client to be pulled forward rather than requiring discipline and unmeaningful tedious work to advance the frontier.  We want the frontier to line up with the client's knowledge-pursuit theme, learning-pursuit theme, emotion-pursuit theme, meaning-pursuit theme, creativity-pursuit theme, etc. as per the Leadering LifeThemes Video 13 exercises on YouTube.      
           
   
                     

6. We will use outsourcing, partnering, capitalizing on surrounding infrastructure or innovation in order to remove tedious work from the client's frontiering.  We want their focus to remain on the work they are most suited to doing and passionate about doing.  The goal is to get them into a peak-performance, peak-evolving flow state from applying their key strengths so that they are not only performing at their best but continuously improving their baseline potential in keeping with the promise of "Leadering - Paradigm Shift to Peak Legacy", the program on which our work is based. 

7. We design for rapid launch and accelerated progress using Leadering's frontiering- and creativity-enhancing capabilities.  We operate nonlinearly.  The goal is always to, as quickly as possible, enable the client to get doing the work that they love and making their most meaningful contribution.  We want to accelerate them through scary "unknown territory" at top speeds in order to present them with a frontiering context in which they will be comfortably creative. 

8. Once we design to a client's system, we then look to the other end of the continuum and work back from the integrated global systems to ensure the client's proposed frontier is linked into the direction in which the world is moving. This will mean that there will be lots of other systems co-evolving with the client's frontier which can be capitalized upon using Leadering™ techniques to catapult the client forward with speed, finesse, and minimal effort.
