LEADERING - PARADIGM SHIFT TO PEAK LEGACY
In order to achieve your greatest contribution to world progress, you are going to have to make penetrating the new or bringing the new into existence a way of life. You are going to want to be adept at taking over the customized context we create for you and retain the speed and adaptivity we have. Therefore you are best to take the Leadering program as soon as possible. Not only do we need your answers to the exercises in order to design your frontier for peak legacy, but we want to use our work on your project as a teaching aid to consolidate your frontiering expertise. ANALYSIS OF YOUR LEADERING EXERCISES RESULTS
TO DETERMINE YOUR STRATEGY FOR PEAK LEGACY:

We will analyze the client’s Leadering exercises results to determine his/her/their key talents and how natural processes have either supported or opposed there use in the past. We can then design to ensure that the client will be working with nature rather than against nature going forward. This is one of the many techniques in Leadering which will allow the client to achieve beyond their potential. From this work we will develop 5 formulas for each client to achieve peak legacy which will assist us further with our design.

Our goal at this stage is to determine what historically has worked for the client, what the client’s greatest most meaningful creative expression is, and what the client’s peak legacy over his/her lifetime might look like. Once we know the end goal and where you or a team or company is starting from, we can then create the next context the client needs for his/her creative expression en route.

CLIENT STRATEGY FOR PEAK LEGACY: Audio 1 for Client Approval
Anything we develop must agree with and capitalize on what has historically worked for maximizing the client’s performance. What nature does and doesn’t support historically will persist into the future. We will prepare an audio at this point defining the client’s route to meaningful contribution and setting out the design requirements we must build in to anything we produce for the client. We will be looking for client approval before we proceed with more specific design.

IDEA SELECTION: Audio 2 for Client Approval
We will produce another audio for client approval identifying our proposed frontier legacy platform for him/her.

frontier to flesh out the format in which the client will excel

We have matched our design to the client’s system. Now we want to confirm it will mesh with the advance of surrounding systems and even, if appropriate, global systems. If we are moving the client into a viable frontier for him or her there are usually one or more key articles confirming our proposed direction. They are information coincidences or models of how to proceed. These are part of a number of predictors that we look for to confirm that we are on the right path in the Leadering paradigm. So beyond having the client’s approval, we need nature’s approval in the form of telltale patterns of facilitating events in reality to confirm that the proposed direction is consistent with the trends. The patterns that we will be looking for in the events in reality are discussed in
the Life Themes video on YouTube. We will not proceed without them. If necessary we will modify our design until the patterns emerge in the Leadering paradigm we expect from integration into the larger world systems.

IDEA IMPLEMENTATION: A launch or acceleration of the
customized context using Leadering paradigm protocol.

Our implementation is all about speed. We do whatever it takes to speed progress into the unknown until we have moved into more familiar territory where the client is comfortable taking over from us. The goal is always to get the client doing the work that they love and where they can make their most meaningful contribution as quickly as possible.

We want to leave the client in a place where the events and surrounding systems in reality are flowing in his/her favor. The client can then just apply Leadering techniques to keep up the same speed and level of adaptivity that we will have demonstrated for the launch. We will demonstrate how to test for Life Themes working in the new territory and how to adjust directions and adapt accordingly. Everything we propose will always be consistent with the historical experience of the client. We want to avoid at all costs the client reverting back to the old linear method of operation which ignores who s/he is and what is happening with all of the surrounding systems. However, if this happens, your Frontiering team will always be here to help the client to move the customized context back into high-speed operation.

Practical Documentation
This is an extremely interactive time with implementation strategies continuously submitted for client approval. There are a plethora of emails keeping the client up to date on activity as well as informed about next activities and strategies. These emails provide the client with a detailed history and documentation of his/her new frontier. They are also used for on-the-job training and demonstrating how the Leadering paradigm facilitates progress and frontiering. Audios and voicemails may also be used.

We design for rapid launch and accelerated progress using Leadering's frontiering- and creativity-enhancing capabilities. The goal is to speed the client through the discomfort of the unknown.
Accordingly, descriptive documentation for the new company or context will be in a form that can accelerate implementation. For example, rather than preparing a report that is only useful for one read, we might achieve the necessary communication and documentation through a simple website which will also serve for easy sharing with potential partners or investors or for selling customers. Or through promotional material. Or through segments for your business plan or investor pitch. Or through the slides for a required partner presentation with backup notes fleshing out what the client needs to know. We want no unnecessary steps in high-speed implementation.
